Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to help grow our business by identifying new opportunities, building client relationships, and supporting the sales and marketing efforts.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and outreach.
  • Generate leads via LinkedIn, email campaigns, cold calls, and other digital platforms.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
  • Schedule meetings, prepare presentations, and pitch services/products to prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project delivery.
  • Maintain and update CRM tools with accurate and timely information.
  • Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a BDE or similar role in IT/services (preferred).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in international lead generation (US, UK, Middle East markets).
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Upwork/Freelancer platforms.
